George came in and performed a thorough examination of the whole system and related areas, then worked with us to get a reasonable estimate for our needs. Their crew came on time and worked a whole day to get the system up and running, no drama, no mess. Everything was taken care of by the team. A couple of days after the installation, I noticed some noise due to the AC, George came in on the same day and did a thorough testing and reconfiguration to help readjust the output of the fan, even did some amazing work on the plumbing part to help reduce noise that came from the drain line. He worked till almost 8pm and took care of our issues. We are simply amazed by the level of professionalism and top-notch customer service that George has demonstrated. “I had received bids from other contractors, some reaching the 7 to 10k(!) level to install a new AC & gas heating furnace. I don’t have a huge house, 1650 sq feet at best. Jose, from Air Heating & Cooling contacted me, and we set up an appointment at my home. He was patient as I mentioned what I needed for the home. I was not pressured in the least, which I appreciated. The old, antiquated “hard sell” just doesn’t work for me. Jose & Jorge were casual, and I got the impression immediately that I was dealing with good people. They explained what particular equipment they install, after they thoroughly inspected my current hardware (attic & backyard). Again, I must reiterate, no pressure in the sell, whatsoever. Very calm, even-headed and extremely professional. I’d seen the rave reviews for Air Heating & Cooling on Home Advisor; and thought to myself, “Could all these people be wrong?” Turns out they are 100% correct! We drew up a contract and Jorge & his crew arrived on time, with an install of EVERYTHING in 6 & a half hours, including clean up. They even brought my duct-work up to code by suspending them from the attic ceiling. The crew was diligent, arduous, congenial and thorough throughout the extraction of the old equipment, and replacement of the new. I cannot be more pleased with the outcome. That being having a highly efficient AC unit and a state of the art furnace; both providing comfort for my home, whatever the weather. In my opinion, “Roses all around,” for the easygoing and highly educational sales; and the prompt professional installation. If I could rate this excellent company more than 5 stars, I would.
